$200/hr Engineering - Permitted projects will require stamped plans. We work with PE's on your behalf to make your project ready for submittal.

Installation
There are some projects that just take an hour. Most others will require between 2 and 2,000. Just tell us what you need.
$100/hr Framing Technician - Let us take care of erecting your steel framing. Travel time outside of Ventura County may apply.

We can arrange and operate through any situational challenge safely.
We can be your GC (General Contractor), Sub, or refer you to the best available Contractors where you live. If you’ve come this far, that builder-installer-finisher just might be you.
Our Services
Depending on where you are in your dream build journey, you may need any 1 or all our services to complete your project. These price estimates are here to give you an idea on the cost of a typical build in a typical use case and environment. Delivery rates will vary greatly by project and destination. We will always give honest estimates and sound guidance to achieve the best delivered product that fits your schedule and budget. Accurate price estimates can be provided following design work or consultation. Finishing steel frame builds can be done any number of ways by any number of qualified craftsmen. We’d love to assist you every step of the way but also encourage DIYers and project managers to finish the job however you’d like and on your schedule. We’re happy to send you the framing you need ASAP.
